Global Biomass PLC Luzon Inc., GBL is responsible for developing Biomass within the Luzon Region and primarily operates from San Leonardo in Nueva Ecija, Philippines as a fully owned subsidiary of GBC. GBL operates Fifty Five (55) specialized trucks collecting, transporting and delivering up to 800 tons every day 365 days per year of Biomass derived from Agricultural and Food Processing wastes as an Indigenous Alternative Fuel to our customers throughout the Luzon Region.

GBL Commenced consultation and planning operations in January 2008 in preparation for the delivery of Biomass to the Green Power Nueva Ecija Philippines Inc. (“GPNEPI”) located at San Leonardo, Nueva Ecija ( and Green Power Pangasinan Philippines Inc., (“GPPGPI”) ( 17.5 MW Biomass Power Plants, both located on the Island of Luzon, Philippines. GPNEPI is planed to become fully operational during the second half of 2011 and GPPGPI in the first half of 2012 delivering electricity to the Philippines under the Renewable Energy Act, Implementing Rules and Regulations “Biomass - Feed In Tariff” (“FIT”).

GBL have executed 25-year Biomass Supply Agreements with GPNEPI and GPPGPI in 2009 to deliver 460 Tons per day to each of the facilities. GBL operates three major Transloading Storage Areas (“TSA”) within Luzon in Nueva Ecija, Isabela and Pangasinan that maintain an average 100,000 Tons of Biomass stock. These TSA’s will be expanded to Nine (9) during year 2010.
